I work with capable, thoughtful people and leaders who sense that something has shifted.
On paper, things look good.
But underneath there is a quiet restlessness. A feeling that the way you are working, leading or living no longer fully fits who you are becoming.
They are not lacking ability.
They are often looking for greater clarity, stronger self-trust and a way to move forward that feels sustainable.
That is where I come in.
Through the Marathon Mindset, I help people step out of overthinking and reactive ways of working, reconnect with what matters and take practical action towards meaningful growth.
Because sustainable performance is not built through constant pressure.
It is built through clarity, capacity and consistent action.
Coach, Facilitator & Speaker
For years I worked in environments where success looked good on paper.
I also experienced what happens when ambition and alignment drift apart.
Becoming a mother changed how I thought about work, health and the life I wanted to build.
Running marathons taught me something I now bring into every coaching session, workshop and conversation:
Meaningful things are rarely built through intensity alone.
They are built through consistency, self-awareness, recovery and the willingness to stay through the middle when things become uncomfortable.
Through coaching leaders, professionals and teams, one thing became clear.
The gap is rarely ability.
It is having the clarity, mindset and self-trust to turn what you know into action.
I support leaders and teams to build sustainable performance in demanding environments. Through practical mindset tools, reflection and leadership insights, I help people move away from reactive ways of working and towards greater clarity, psychological capacity and intentional action. It is helping people perform, lead and grow in ways that are sustainable over the long term.
I work with people who feel ready for something to shift, even if they can’t fully articulate what that looks like yet. Often, on paper things are fine, but underneath there’s a disconnect, a restlessness or a sense that they’re capable of more. Through the marathon mindset, I help people reconnect with what matters, build clarity and confidence and take steady, practical steps towards meaningful change in their work and life.
I speak on mindset, wellbeing, leadership and performance through the lens of the marathon mindset. My talks combine lived experience, practical tools and honest conversations that help people think differently about how they work, lead and live.
The Marathon Mindset sits underneath all of my work.
Not because life is about constantly pushing harder.
But because meaningful change takes consistency, self-awareness, recovery and the willingness to stay with something when it gets uncomfortable.
Whether I’m coaching an individual, supporting a team or speaking to a room of leaders, the work is the same:
Helping people reconnect, see what’s possible and take steady steps towards it.
